INGReDIENTS

  • 2 tsp Le Petit Mas fermented garlic flowers (or more!)
  • ½ cup cooked northern shrimp
  • 125 g soft unripened goat cheese (spreadable)
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • ½ avocado 
  • ½ red, orange or yellow bell pepper
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 6 mini peppers

PRePARATION

  • Dice avocado and bell pepper.
  • Combine fermented garlic flowers, shrimp, goat cheese, mayonnaise, avocado and bell pepper.
  • Cut the tops of mini peppers and remove white membranes and seeds. Slice each mini pepper into 1-inch rings. 
  • With a spoon, stuff mini peppers. Refrigerate until ready to serve. 

TIPS AND IDEAS FOR SIDE DISHES

You can also serve the goat cheese, avocado, shrimp and garlic scape stuffing on crackers, chips or in wonton wrappers.
